Q: I work for a school and we use purchase orders, do you accept purchase orders?
A: Yes, we will accept purchase orders under the following conditions:
- You must work for a school, university, clinic, institution, professional practice, city/county/state government agency or non-profit organization and be authorized to make purchases on their behalf. Purchase orders are not accepted from individuals.
- We prefer that you be a registered customer of our store.
- You must be in the United States. Purchase Orders will not be accepted from organizations outside the United States.
- You must first create an online quotation. Purchase orders without a quotation are subject to a $50 surcharge to cover our time getting the specs from you and creating the quote.
Q: How quickly will my order ship?
A: Most of our items are custom and may take several days to design and produce. Our goal is to ship an order within 5 business days, though when all the information is in order, we often ship keyguards the next day. You should typically expect to receive your order in 2 to 3 weeks. (During busier times of the year it could take longer). Most delays are caused by you not returning our calls when you gave us conflicting or incomplete information. If you're sending us a purchase order, you must create an online quotation to give us a fighting chance of providing prompt service.
Q: Do the keyguards attach to the iPad?
A: No. The keyguards do not attach to either the case or the iPad. There are different methods available depending on which keyguard you are ordering and also which case, if any, the iPad is in. Please click here more information.
Q: If the keyguard just isn't working for us can we return it?
A: Keyguards for standard keyboards are returnable, but all keyguards are made to order. Therefore if you need to return a keyguard you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Your purchase price will be refunded less the 25% fee and the shipping charges. Keyguards for iPads and tablets are not returnable. See our return policy.
