All keyguards are made to order and designed to your specifications, and as such, most are not re-sellable. Therefore, keyguards for iPads and other tablets are not refundable. They can, however, be exchanged for another using our keyguard exchange program.
Other unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less a 25% restocking fee. If you've opened the item and it has been used, we trust you will not return it, because it may have been exposed to contaminants.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you wish to return a product because you ordered in error, or changed your mind after receiving the product, return shipping is your responsibility.
If you need to return an item, contact us to see if it is eligible for a refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive your refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (up to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (up to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (up to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
